在網上看到可以用財付通開通國際帳號，綁定谷歌錢包，2013年3月份我試了一下，總是不成功。
我以爲是現在不可以綁定了，點擊添加信用卡時，總出現以下的錯誤提示。
there is a problem authorizing your card,contact your bank if this problem continues.
對您的信用卡授權時出現問題。如果此問題仍然存在，請與您的銀行聯繫。
4月12日，經過再次嘗試居然成功了。
我覺得主要是以下幾個問題：
一、財付通裏需要充值足夠支付的錢。
二、支付密碼需要用自己修改的，系統給的初始密碼及密碼找回的密碼說明你信用卡未激活。
此時在谷歌錢包綁定該信用卡，手機上不會收到任何提示。只提示上面英文或中文的錯誤信息。
三、姓名、地址填寫不準確。
第二條出現問題的時候，手機上不會收到財付通的錯誤提示。
而第三條出現問題的時候，手機上會收到提示信息：
“您的財付通賬戶通過運通支付授權失敗，失敗原因：賬單地址驗證失敗，請登錄財付通查看準確的賬單地址再填寫。”
四、應該和語言、網絡代理無關。
好了，到這裏我就綁定成功了，然後就購買了25$的註冊費，
結果又悲劇了。
重新登錄谷歌錢包後，顯示：

What does thismean for my current order and charges on my card statement? Your order has
been cancelled and your card was notcharged. If you still see activity on your card statement for your cancelledorder, this is just an authorization, not an actual charge, and it will beremoved from your account in 1-14 business days depending on your card-issuingbank.
What will happen if Idon’t verify my account? To ensure thesecurity of your account, it will remain suspended and
you won’t be able toplace orders until you send your verification documents. Please do not createadditional accounts.
How long will it take toverify my account? It should take 3-5business days to process your request, but it may take

大概是說需要賬戶認證。查了一下，網上說把財付通 “境外支付”——>“訂單查詢”的記錄截圖，還有身份證電子文件，提交給谷歌就好了。我就提交了，不知道能不能通過，就先等等看吧。
唉~都怪自己轉生的時候選了個hard模式。

4月12日提交的身份證和訂單截圖，沒能解封。
後來我又上傳了：(1)護照、駕駛證和身份證ps到一起的圖，(2)訂單詳細截圖包括財付通分配的境外地址截圖等，4月15號左右，我的谷歌錢包終於解封了（也蠻快的了，中間有兩天休息日）。
開發者費用25$已經被取消了，我又重新購買了一次。
我估計是谷歌錢包剛激活的時候，要等等再用它付費。慢一點總是好的。
