準備工作：
1. 首先，打開vs.net，新建一個C#類庫項目。如叫 IpBoxControl。
2. 在vs.net 的菜單，“項目”，“添加用戶控件”，把這個用戶控件取名爲IpBox。
3. 把一個Panel從工具箱拖到IpBox的設計視圖，取名爲panel1，設置panel1的Location爲(0,0)，Size爲(136, 20)，BorderStyle爲Fixed3D，BackColor爲Window。
4. 把一個TextBox從工具箱拖到panel1裏。取名爲textBox1，設置textBox1的Location爲(8,0)，Size爲(20, 14)，BorderStyle爲None，MaxLength爲3，TextAlign爲Center，Text爲““，BackColor爲Window。
5. 把一個Label從工具箱拖到panel1裏。取名爲label1，設置label1的Location爲(32, 0)，Size爲(8, 14)，BorderStyle爲None，TextAlign爲TopCenter，Text爲“.”，BackColor爲Window。
6. 選取textBox1和label1，textBox1複製、粘貼上3份，label1複製、粘貼上2份。分別命名爲textBox2、label2，textBox3、label3，textBox4。Location分別爲(40, 0)、(64, 0)、(72, 0)、(96, 0)、(104, 0)。
7. 設置IpBox的Location爲(0,0)，Size爲(136, 20)。
現在一個ip box 的形狀已經出來了，接下來要在程序裏實現輸入的控制。

最後，我們要來測試這個控件：
在項目的解決方案裏，右擊解決方案的屬性，新建一個C# 的Windows應用程序項目，取名爲TestIpBox。
雙擊打開 Form1.cs的設計視圖，右擊工具箱，“添加/移除項”，“瀏覽”找到剛做好的 dll ，選擇，確定。把這個控件從工具箱裏拖到Form1的設計視圖裏。
把 TestIpBox 設成啓動項目，按 F5 測試。
