首次安装IIS5.1成功，并顺利的localhost了一把，次日再localhost则报错！
进入控制面板----管理工具----Internet信息服务， 发现本地计算机----网站----默认网站（已停止），问题出在此处；进入控制面板----管理工具----服务，发现服务选项IIS Admin正常启动，但依赖此服务的World Wide Web Publishing 项则处于停止状态，启动此服务之后，再进入控制面板----管理工具----Internet信息服务，右键点击“启动”默认网站，则OK！如果World Wide Web Publishing 项服务不能正常启动，则进入控制面板--添加删除程序中删除更新文件补丁KB939373！一个防止通过IIS远程控制本地系统的安全补丁~
