手動配置springMVC4的方法
一開始網上查了N多文章都是拿maven 裝的，而且配置文件都一堆一堆的特別亂，不容易讓人明白，所以這裏提供一個最基本的HELLO WORLD
創建一個動態的WEB工程 Dnamic Web Probject
導入如下包

在WEB.XML 中添加如下內容
