利用phpmail封裝類來發送郵件

1.首先寫一個發送郵件頁面index.html：(比較簡單，不要在意)

2.配置發送類sendmail.php：(我用的發送郵箱是我的163郵箱，使用其他郵箱，請自行查詢SMTP服務器配置)

如果再發送過程，發送不了，可以將sendemail.php中23行 $smtp->debug = false;//是否顯示發送的調試信息中的false改爲true，這樣就會顯示報錯信息，調試起來比較有針對性！
