点击pythonIDLE报错Socket error：Connection refused

再次使用pythonIDLE时，发现报错，第一个错误框显示Socket error：Connection refused，第二个错误框显示IDLE's  subprocess didn't make  connection  Either  IDLE  can't  start  a  subprocess  or  personal  firewall  software is  blocking  the  connection。
解决办法：打开任务管理器，其中有pythonw.exe进程，将其全部关闭，重新打开IDLE即可。
