調用方法：
1、當然還是先在要用的頁面調用這個JS
<script src="/js/img.js"></script>

2、在要縮略的圖片上加上 onload=DrawImage(this,長,寬)
例如：<img src="#" onload="DrawImage(this,60,60)"
