IDEA提交SVN一直Commit Changes Dialog local changes refresh

使用IDEA提交代碼時，一直卡着不動，顯示：Commit Changes Dialog local changes refresh

解決方案:

1.Settings - Version Control - Background
2.更改Changelists to cache initally 爲10
3.勾選Refresh changes every
4.設置minutes（例如300）
5.保存設置
6.重啓IDEA
