重載 initComponent的時候，忘記調用this.callParent();了
結果在裏面寫 getForm() 的時候總是提示未定義，但是用firebug可以看到getForm函數，還以爲是 繼承 ext.form.Panel的時候少寫了東西。
使用store load的時候，如果直接在initComponent裏面調用store，會發現store內部的record爲空，是因爲store是異步的，在initComponent的時候，store還沒加載完
所以store.getCount() 爲0
