關閉Apache other-vhosts-access-log 日誌

Apache 日誌目錄一直會打印 other_vhosts_access.log，如果httpd.conf的虛擬配置沒有access日誌，會自動輸出到other_vhosts_access.log，可以關閉

註釋掉 /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/other-vhosts-access-log.conf 的

#CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/other_vhosts_access.log vhost_combined
