1、靜態模板頁面 template.html，主要是定義了一些特殊字符，用來被替換。

請不要直接拷貝使用，裏面的路徑需要更改，但程序絕對沒問題，在我本地已經測試通過。
另外在使用時，比如我要把新聞的內容分成4頁，就應該這樣寫：111 ¦222 ¦333 ¦444。
