Tensorflow1.0空間變換網絡(SpatialTransformer Networks)實現

空間變換網絡簡單介紹:

pipeline

  1. 通過locatnet,提取輸入圖像的theta(將用於仿射變換);
  2. 根據輸入圖像的width和height以及仿射變換(或者TPS)的參數theta,可以生成目標位置在輸入圖像(U)中對應的位置(與輸入圖像位置一直的目標索引); 
    (由torch.bmm, Batch matrix matrix product of matrices生成)。
  3. 根據目標在輸入圖像中的對應位置(索引矩陣)利用雙線性插值得到目標輸出。
好不容易找到一個Tensorflow實現的github項目,發現是Tensorflow0.7的,所以自然而然的有了坑,憋了一晚上,終於找到了坑,而且順利填坑,
