之所以出現這個問題，是因爲使用了quartz的分佈式部署方案，提高任務平臺的可靠性，由於公司內部框架的限制，只能使用基於spring2.5，也就限制了使用quartz 的1.x版本，但是公司的數據庫挺新的，5.6.。。。
問題錯誤異常爲：

出現這種錯誤，首先找了谷歌，得到的結果貌似就是與mysql版本不兼容，再不能改變線上數據庫的情況下，只能另想其他方案（我測試過的，但是測試環境的mysql版本是5.5 ，木有發現問題）
解決方案，將mysql的connector升級爲5.1.31,然後重新運行，問題解決。
