今天用戶抱怨系統掛起了，到用戶處檢查發現，是TRACE文件太大，有20G了，經檢查，發現TRACE文件內容中，都是一下內容：
Ioctl ASYNC_CONFIG error, errno = 1
這個問題以前遇到過，是異步IO設置的問題，特別是在HPUX系統上，而用戶正好是HPUX 11.31，ORACLE 11G R2 RAC
於是這個問題，通過以下方式即可解決：
查看/etc/privgroup文件是否存在，如果不存在創建這個文件，並添加如下內容:
dba MLOCK RTSCHED RTPRIO
#分配權限給/etc/privgroup
setprivgrp -f /etc/privgroup
附 TRC文件內容：
wlsvr1b-> more timms2_ora_2202.trc
