Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message
此消息是在安裝apache2之後，使用重啓或stop或者start的時候遇到的一個問題。大概的意思是默認使用的127.0.0.1，這樣是被禁止使用的。需要對剛安裝完的apache2配置文件進行修改。請打開/etc/apache2/apache2.conf,然後在配置文件的最下面添加如下語句：
ServerName localhost:80
localhost也可更改爲所需使用的設備IP地址。
