Horizon view RDSH主機優化

1）內存
對於Horizon view RDSH主機輕量應用推薦爲每個用戶分配512M內存，對於使用office與skype for business用戶，建議最少爲每個用戶分配1G內存
針對 2012 R2或更新的操作系統建議設置8顆vcpu，推薦內存設置在24-48G
針對 2018 R2或更老的操作系統建議設置4顆vcpu，推薦內存設置在24-48G
2）硬盤
虛擬硬盤格式選擇爲 thin
3）網卡 於光驅
網卡格式選擇爲 VMNET3
光驅在虛擬機操作系統安裝完成後選擇斷開
禁用網卡熱插拔 (必需在虛擬機關閉的情況下進行）
選擇edit Settings-> VM Options->Edit configuration-> add Row
添加如下參數
devices.hotplug false
4）Vmtools
在添加刪除程序中隱藏 VMtools
啓動VM
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NetworkProvider\Order
查看ProviderOrder的值，刪除vmhgfs字段（如果此字段存在），但需要保留其此鍵值中的其他內容。
5） IE Enhanced Security Configuration
關閉 IE Enhanced Security Configuration
在server Manager中選擇Local server。點擊 IE Enhanced Security Configuration後的On， 將所用的On改爲off
6）UAC與SmartScreen
在cmd中執行start control,選擇小圖標，點擊Security and Maintenance，
點擊Change User Account Control settings,將滑塊拉到最下方，關閉UAC
點擊Change Windows SmartScreen settings，選擇Warn before running an unrecognized app,啓用SmartScreen
7）Windows update
選擇自動安裝更新，啓用recommended settings，啓用 Give me updates for other Microsoft products when i update Windows
8）安裝所有補丁
9）下載vmware-os-optimization-tool，運行選擇針對RDSH主機的優化，進行深層次優化

配置RDSH服務
1） 點擊Manager選擇 Add Roles and features
2）選擇Role-based or feature-based installation
3）選擇Remote Desktop services (windows2016 無此選項此步驟跳過）
4） 展開 Remote Server Administration Tools > Role Administration Tools
展開 Remote Desktop Services Tools
選擇Remote Desktop Licensing Diagnoser Tool.
5）選擇Remote Desktop Session Host
6）下一步，安裝並重啓
7）添加RDP許可服務器
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Licensing.
啓用Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers，在license server to use:中填入服務器或ip
8）將C盤，User 創建文件夾與文件的權限刪除
C:\bootmgr 報警選擇繼續 （此方法用於漫遊帳號，避免在本地創建文件以佔用大量空間）
