問題1：進入slave服務器，運行：

解決辦法一、
Slave_SQL_Running: No
1.程序可能在slave上進行了寫操作
2.也可能是slave機器重起後，事務回滾造成的.
一般是事務回滾造成的：
解決辦法一：
mysql> stop slave ;
mysql> set GLOBAL SQL_SLAVE_SKIP_COUNTER=1; #客戶端運行，用來跳過幾個事件，只有當同步進程出現錯誤而停止的時候纔可以執行。
mysql> start slave ;
解決辦法二：
首先停掉Slave服務：stop slave;
到主服務器上查看主機狀態：
記錄File和Position對應的值
進入master
mysql> show master status;

+----------------------+----------+--------------+------------------+

+----------------------+----------+--------------+------------------+

然後到slave服務器上執行手動同步：
mysql> change master to
> master_host='master_ip',
> master_user='user',
> master_password='password',
> master_port=3306,
> master_log_file='localhost-bin.000001',
>master_log_pos=151,master_auto_position=0;
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
mysql> start slave ;
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
此時再查看從機：
mysql> show slave status \G
