Dear Boss,
We deeply appreciate that you offer more promotion opportunities to us. As
for the IT manager(Technical manager) job, I am so interest in it. I want to
apply for. I will do my best to take more blames.
As for my English, I have been studying English at EF over 1 year, I feel
that I have gotten lots of progress. Right now, I can communicate with
foreigner through English speaking. As for the presentation or conference
call in English, I think I still need more exercise. So If our company have
training in other country, I feel that I can participate in it.
As for the salary, apparently my salary is more lower than market price. As
everybody knows everything is rising except salary. According to the survey,
a network engineer with two years experience and couldn’t speak English,
the salary is at least 4500RMB/Month. a network engineer with two years
experience and can speak fluent English, the salary is at least
7000RMB/Month. The technical manager in general company, the salary is at
least 5000RMB/Month.
According to our company condition, all of our products are from foreign
countries and all of our customers are from foreign companies, so our
company at least need one technical manager with speaking fluent English to
negotiate with customer and manufacturer. Which will reduce your work.
If I have an opportunity to be promoted to IT manager. I expect my salary is
over 6000RMB/Month (according to market price).
