使用maven打包後，在META-INF目錄下會生成pom.properties文件（當然可以使其不生成）。這個文件包含了包的Id信息，此外它最開始有兩行註釋，看起來是這樣的

第一行 是固定的，第二行是打包時候的時間戳。
第二行的存在有一個嚴重的問題，就是我們完全不修改代碼，然後兩次打包由於時間戳不一樣，導致生成的兩個包不一樣。如果你不在乎可能覺得沒有什麼，但是對於大型項目，代碼沒變包卻不同導致不能進行增量部署。
這個代碼的出現是由於java.util.Properties類的store(Writer writer, String comments)方法中有一行
bw.write("#" + new Date().toString());這個問題在困擾大家的同時，也困擾着Maven的開發者。與之相關的有兩個issue:

由於大家需求強烈，目前該特性據說已被修正。
在今年5月21號提交的代碼中，時間這一行註釋被移除了：移除方法是把生成後的文件對行迭代，看到是註釋就刪除。
Stupid hack: write the properties to a StringWriter, iterate with a BufferedReader and drop all comments, finall write real content to the target file.
我們看一下中心庫中的版本和時間：
3.0.x版本最晚是4月份提交的，所以它不包含這個改動。3.1.x最早是6月份提交的，現在已經有兩個小版本了，但是引用次數還是0.

下面版本比上面多了一個流程，就是臨時變量sw寫入後，再逐行讀出來，不是註釋就寫入pw中（迭代前已經把maven信息寫好了）。這樣就把時間刪掉了。
