mysql 修改編碼格式(windows7 修改成UTF8)

一，my-default.ini    文件改成  my.ini，不改的話，不能用。

二，添加設置，

      character-set-server=utf8
      [client]
      default-character-set=utf8

加上（我用的是5.6，但設置好像不管用，所以加上命令行 設置）

三，重啓後查看  show variables like "%char%";
