大清早一來就聽值班說，機房一設備風扇一直報錯，想着該設備風扇支持熱插拔且有備件，一插一拔的事，省得到高峯期時間有問題了影響範圍比較廣，到那時候就難辦了！所以趕緊的和同事一起換風扇去了。
更換後一看，壞了，設備狀態不正常了，趕緊的跑下來看日誌提示：

%C6KENV−SP−2−SHUTDOWN_SCHEDULED: shutdown for module 5 scheduled in 300
可能是硬件不兼容，而且是5分鐘後要關機的。趕緊的就向機房記狂奔，結果等跑到機房發現設備已經SHUTDOWN，狂汗。趕緊的接電腦手動重啓，已經進入到ROMMON模式了，手動啓動後業務恢復正常。
雖說大清早沒啥實質性的影響，但畢竟是業務中斷了，無語了，大清早就碰一這問題，就被領導很批了一頓了。其實也怪自己，太倉促了啊！！
後來回頭一查有文檔，確實是設備支持熱插拔，65設備的硬件都可以使用，但是我們用的是720的板子，這個板子的運轉是需要高速運轉的風扇才能運行的。

This issue can be the result of any of these situations:A compatibility problem with the supervisor engine installed and the fan tray. The supervisorcan require a high−speed fan tray.
♦ The fan trays are mis−seated.
♦ The fan tray is damaged.
♦ Before you proceed with the switch recovery procedure, resolve the fan tray issue. Depending
on theroot cause of the problem, complete one of these steps in order to resolve the issue:
♦ Upgrade the system fan tray.
♦ Reseat the fan tray.
♦ Replace the fan tray
造成這個問題的原因是：
風扇托盤沒有插緊或者與超級引擎不兼容。
解決：
風扇托盤有問題；
重新安裝風扇托盤；
更換風扇托盤
這次解決這個問題方法是更換一個高速風扇
