Ubuntu Upgrade broken the Vmware tools

for new VMplayer3 version, it's easy to fix this problem.

New Ubuntu upgrade always need rebuild VMWare-tools, but it's broken every time. like vmhgfs and vsock.

1. could not remember how to fix vmhgfs, but just upload the working tar file for new build. overwrite the old tar with this one before rebuild. download and change the file to vmhgfs.tar

2. vsock need rebuild under /usr/lib/vmware-tools/modules...
