windows 2008 and 2008 R2 sysprep 失敗

Windows 2008R2的服務器上做sysprep失敗，報錯如下：“A fatal error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine” 系統默認做 sysprep 的次數爲三次，超過了就會報上面的錯誤

解決方法如下：

1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\SysprepStatus\
GeneralizationState 7

 2) 管理員身份運行
msdtc -uninstall
msdtc -install

 3) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\

 SkipRearm to 1

4) 禁用網卡

5) 再次運行 sysprep
