說明是80端口被佔用了
按鍵盤win+r 打開運行界面，輸入cmd，確定，打開管理員界面
輸入
netstat -aon | findstr :80
1
然後我的是被端口4佔用了，那麼來看看4端口是誰？
tasklist|findstr "4"
1
然後發現是system；
其實用了兩個端口 1935 8080
netstat -aon | findstr :8080
nginx.exe -c conf\nginx.conf
