SimpleDateFormat 線程安全問題

            df = new SimpleDateFormat(date_format);  
            threadLocal.set(df);  
        }  
        return df;

多線程操作時間格式化，代碼寫得不合理會出現錯誤。可以採用ThreadLocal的方案進行處理。
