dubbo引用自定義filter

自己檢查了好多次感覺沒問題，在網上搜了半天也就是那麼幾個步驟，但是有一個非常容易忽視的點就是文件夾路徑，idea的文件夾如果只有一個文件，嵌套的文件夾會顯示到一行用.隔開，所以我經常用name1.name2去創建文件夾

但是這個文件夾打開本地文件去查看這個文件夾，確實就是一個名字叫META-INF.dubbo的文件夾，就是一個，因此，我們可以去本地先檢查一下這個是否是兩個文件夾，

這纔是正確的格式
