遷出文檔時報錯：sharepoint 服務器錯誤:the file "xxxxxxxxx" is not checked out

當文檔庫啓用了歷史版本，並且啓用了：Create major and minor (draft) versions

當文檔是draft的時候，無法遷出，將文檔pubulish a major version，可以正常遷出。
