dell的服务器网卡Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet在负载高的情况下会出现无故中断，重启网卡就好了，必须要更新网卡驱动。果断升级网卡驱动。
第一步: yum install kernel-devel #安装内核源码包
第二步：驱动下载，wget或者下载到本地上传到服务器。

第三步：
unzip linux-6.0.53.zip
cd /usr/local/src/Server/Linux/Driver/
tar zxvf netxtreme2-6.0.53.tar.gz
cd netxtreme2-6.0.53/bnx2/src
make && make install
（备注：编译过程中会用到系统的内核源码，如果提示未找到内核路径请执行第一步。过程中如果出现缺少GCC的话也需要安装GCC。）
第四步：重新加载网卡模块，重启或者写个批处理后台运行。
重新加载模块会网卡会失效，所以可以做一个批处理后台运行，如下：
vim updat.sh
#!/bin/sh
rmmod bnx2
depmod
modprobe bnx2
:wq （保存退出）
chmod +x updat.sh （增加可执行权限）
./updat.sh & (后台运行脚本)
lsmod |grep bnx2 查看网卡模块
modinfo bnx2
