Oracle添加scott用戶

介紹：scott是Oracle第一個員工，密碼是貓的名字tiger

先查詢一下目前數據庫是否有scott用戶

select username,account_status from dba_users where username like '%SCOTT%';

如果是鎖定狀態那麼解鎖和設置密碼tiger

alter user scott account unlock identified by tiger;

這樣就可以使用了。
