pip 安裝 psycopg2 安裝及錯誤處理
錯誤及現象 Error: pg_config executable not found.

需要安裝pg和py的驅動：
Debian系：
apt-get install libpq-dev python-dev
RedHat系
yum install libpqxx-devel python-devel
之後再pip install psycopg2 一切正常安裝啦～～～
