一種基於SparkSQL的Hive數據倉庫拉鍊表緩慢變化維(SCD2+SCD1)的示例實現

  1. 背景

    • Hive 實現緩慢變化維,沒有使用事務表的更新和刪除操作(最新版本Hive已經支持,但需要Server/Client做相應配置,Hive實現的事務還有一定的侷限性)
    • Hive 自身的SQL使用MapReduce引擎,速度慢,這裏使用SparkSQL實現
    • 自動化的SCD引擎待後續實現

  2. 準備基礎維度表 base_dim

    • 業務字段:id, name, city, st.
    • 維度表默認字段:sk(surrogate key 代理鍵,全局唯一), scd_update_date, scd_version, scd_valid_flag, scd_start_date, scd_end_date
    • scd1字段 city, st; scd2字段 name.
    • scd1 字段變動不記錄scd_version, 但會記錄變更時間scd_update_date

本文通過手動地實現SCD2+SCD1的中間變化操作,方便大家理解緩慢變化維度的概念和實現過程。另外,本文中的轉換都是Spark在內存中的操作,在數據量大的情況下可能會影響性能,建議考慮用臨時表做中間轉換的可能性。後續將對快照式或增量變動式的階段表進行數據插入操作的中間細節進行包裝,實現自動化SCD引擎,敬請關注。
