ServerManager.exe 0xc0000135 應用程序錯誤

問題：

將 Windows Server 2016 .NET Framework移除、 IIS卸載後， Server Manager.exe、事件查看器等都無法正常開啓。

解決方案：

在運行中，輸入CMD，打開命令控制面板，輸入DISM指令安裝.NET Framework，命令如下： 

dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx4

如果提示未啓用 NetFx4 功能，則輸入以下命令：

dism /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFx4
