Android 新建工程，xml文件亂碼
出現了一個錯誤提示No IDEA annotations attached to the JDK 1.8 (C:\…), some issues will not be found 雖然項目運行沒問題但是也是很不爽的，以下是解決辦法。
1.關閉Android studio
2.打開 C:\Users\UserName.android 刪除build-cache
3.打開 C:\Users\UserName.AndroidStudio3.2\system
刪除以下文件夾
caches
compiler
compile-server
conversion
external_build_system
frameworks
gradle
resource_folder_cache
4.如果Android studio中的java文件突然出現標籤化的亂碼，並且修改編碼格式無效，也可以試一下以上方法。
