使用方法：
exec proc_insert 你的表名
選擇【執行模式】爲“以文本顯示結果”，然後將運行後的結果存成.sql，加上用SQL Server生成的數據庫腳本就可以了。
另外可以利用第三方工具，導出飲食備註型字段的數據數據可以用powerbuilder。在database painter裏面，用SQL選出，或者直接打開表，點擊生成的list datawindow,然後在菜單file->save rows as->選擇SQL，那麼生成的SQL語句就包括建表和insert數據的SQL了。
還有最完善的方式就是自己編程實現導入導出，這樣可以應對所有情況的數據轉換。
