內存計數器實現限頻

以分鐘爲單位計數,超過相應數值則超過頻率限制,很簡單,不多解釋

    def increment(self, key):
        t = int(time.time())
        sign = t / 60

        self.lock.acquire()

            if key not in self.internal_dd:
                self.internal_dd[key] = 0

            self.internal_dd[key] += 1

        time.sleep(0.2)
