解決方法: 

private static DateTimeFormatter dateTimeFormatter1 = DateTimeFormat.forPattern("ddMMMyy").withLocale(Locale.ENGLISH).withZone(DateTimeZone.forID("+08:00"));

DateTimeFormatter設置時區, DateTimeZone可選值UTC或[+-]HH:mm
