解决过程：
DGMGRL> reinstate database prod3

DGMGRL> show configuration

Configuration - testdg

  Protection Mode: MaxAvailability
  Databases:
    aux   - Primary database
    prod3 - (*) Physical standby database

Fast-Start Failover: ENABLED

Configuration Status:
SUCCESS
