macOS 安裝lrzsz

mac自帶的終端是不支持lrzsz的，需要下載安裝iterm2

Mac OS 終端利器 iTerm2

安裝homebrew

brew的MAC安裝

macOS 安裝lrzsz

進入/usr/local/bin

由於原作者下架了項目，我們只能手動新建腳本了，下面請無腦全部複製即可。

1.創建iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh

2.創建iterm2-send-zmodem.sh

3.增加剛纔新建的兩個文件的權限

chmod +x iterm2-send-zmodem.sh 
chmod +x iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh 

4.設置item2

步驟：command+“,” 組合鍵打開item2的“Preferences”面板->Profiles選項卡->Advanced->Triggers（點擊Edit即可）

Regular expression: \*\*B0100
    Action: Run Silent Coprocess
    Parameters: /usr/local/bin/iterm2-send-zmodem.sh
Regular expression: \*\*B00000000000000
    Action: Run Silent Coprocess
    Parameters: /usr/local/bin/iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh

勾選了 instant就不需要重啓items了，然後就可以愉快的傳輸文件了。
