The reasons for bugs generally fall into the following process categories:

·         Short or impossible deadlines  //太短或者乾脆就不可能的工期

·         The "Code First, Think Later" approach  //先編碼，後考慮邏輯

·         Misunderstood requirements  //對於需求的誤解

·         Engineer ignorance or improper training // 工程師從來沒有培訓或者與當前項目無關培訓

·         Lack of commitment to quality //沒有質量方面的問責機制

想想國內很多軟件企業，幾乎佔全了！
