PulltorefreshRecycleview拓展(pulltorefresh庫)

因爲項目中引用了pulltorefresh的庫。這個庫的歷史有點久遠。。。12年的庫。。。獻上它的庫https://github.com/chrisbanes/Android-PullToRefresh。這裏比較蛋疼的是不支持recycleview了。。。so,github一把,搜到了這個改進的拓展庫。https://github.com/chrisbanes/Android-PullToRefresh主要講的是拓展部分。
