正確的寫法：

<property name="hibernate.connection.url" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?useUnicode=true&amp;characterEncoding=utf-8" />

注意有些時候，hibernate的某些版本，不支持value屬性，需要寫成這樣的形式：

<property name="hibernate.connection.url" > jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?useUnicode=true&amp;characterEncoding=utf-8</property>
