Mac下安裝virtualenvwrapper提示ERROR: No matching distribution found for pbr

解決辦法：

升級pip到最新

1、下載 get-pip.py

curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py > /tmp/get-pip.py

2、執行升級pip

sudo python /tmp/get-pip.py

再次安裝報錯：

You are using pip version 8.1.1, however version 18.0 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.

版本不一致導致，執行下面的語句解決

sudo python -m pip install --upgrade pip
