java TimeZone lesson

It take me two days to figure out the problem. If you run a java application  with JRE installed on OS. the JRE can get a default TimeZone informtion. But if you jar your application with a private JRE. this private JRE has no default TimeZone infomation. Without setting default TimeZone, your time may be confusing.
