解決方案：以DBA登陸target DB,給用來導入的賬號GRANT IMP_FULL_DATABASE
GRANT IMP_FULL_DATABASE to XXXX;
.................
About to enable constraints...
Import terminated successfully without warnings.
源DB中XXXX用戶有exp_full_database權限，這個例子也說明，有了exp_full_database，即使只是導出了自己的表，在導入時也必須要有IMP_FULL_DATABASE的權限。
於是回來源DB去把這個權限收回來，這個用戶確實也不需要這個權限。
SQL> revoke exp_full_database,imp_full_database from XXXX;
Revoke succeeded.
