Please attempt to resolve the problem and then start Windows SDK setup again. If you continue to have problems with this issue, please visit the SDK team support page athttp://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=130245.
Click the View Log button to review the installation log.
To exit, click Finish.
解決辦法:
安裝SDK ver7.1時不要勾選Visual C++ compiler,裝完後安裝KB2519277錯誤回放二:

解決辦法:
卸載Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable其它錯誤解決方法:
如果還不行的話，就一個一個安裝，先勾第一個選項，裝完，再勾第二個，這樣。
或者打開iso目錄，把setup文件夾裏的各個文件夾裏的安裝包安裝一遍。。。。。
