1, how let the host may access the virtual machine?
change network adapter as bridged adapter (and set the DNS same as host)
2, Install the IIS with FTP, FTP service need restart manually
3, The default IIS just support .NET2.0, it need download the plugin from Microsoft for upgrade to .NET4.0.
then you can see the .NET 4.0 is in the application pool
