CRS not update the config file

create spfile='+DATA0411/spfile' from pfile='/u01/app/base/admin/racstr/scripts/init.ora';
srvctl modify database -d racstr -p +DATA0411/spfile

[cdccrs@node01 trace]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
