解決華爲手機InputMethodManager和GestureBoostManager的內存泄露的問題

這裏寫代碼片最近公司適配華爲p9手機,系統是7.0出現了兩個內存泄露的問題
解決辦法,在activity的ondestory中加入兩個方法即可
