hdu 1548 A strange lift(水題，bfs)

小記：忘記memset wa了一次。。。

思路：每次有兩個方向，上或下。 bfs之，最初碰到的點都是次數最少。這是bfs的特性-最短路。

加個vis標記是否在隊列以及是否已經處理過了。並且越界判斷 和入隊判斷
