SharePoint2010 - Event ID 5555 User Profile Service error的解決方案

SharePoint2010中，在troubleshoot時發現有User Profile Service的錯誤，event viewer裏顯示event ID 5555, 並且error發生時在每天的6:10AM左右.

具體錯誤信息如下：

Failure trying to synch web application xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx, ContentDB xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx Exception message was Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileApplicationNotAvailableException: No User Profile Application available to service the request. Contact your farm administrator.

at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_ApplicationProperties()

at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_PerfmonInstanceHandle()

at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.ContentDBSynchronizer..ctor(ELogType logType, SPContentDatabase cdb, SPJobState jobState)

at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.WSSProfileSyncJob.Execute()

經過排查主要是因爲當前job與另外其他job同時執行產生衝突所致。解決此問題很簡單，修改job trigger的時間即可。

步驟如下：

1. 到Central Administration-> Monitoring；

2. 點擊Review Job Definitions, 到下一頁面點擊Timer Service Recycle；

3. 修改start time 和no later than時間爲6:30PM；

4. 點擊OK保存。

5. 第二天檢查Event Viewer，沒有Event ID 5555錯誤，問題解決。
